Michaela Gilliam is an experienced and committed learning and performance strategist with over two decades of success in various facets of learning management consulting, including human capital, curriculum development, learning, and performance improvement. Armed with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master of Science in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University, she has demonstrated expert proficiency in program evaluation projects for private organizations, non-profits, educational institutions, and public entities alike. As an enterprising program manager with impressive problem-solving aptitude, Ms. Gilliam has successfully designed and delivered instructor-led and technology-based courses to achieve desired goals within the government and commercial markets. She is also well-versed in organizational change systems theory as it pertains to corporate training initiatives, consulting services, and workforce planning. Drawing on her analytical skillset and profound mastery of instructional systems development strategies, Michaela is dedicated to consistent professional growth while fostering positive changes for any organization.
